Why do I need an S&C coach?

 

I will help you achieve your desired goals. I am committed to offer coaching, supervision advice and support that you need to achieve your training goals. I will design a customized training and food plan for you. Your progress will be regularly monitored and the programme adjusted accordingly

What kind of results can I expect, and how long will it take me to achieve my goals?

Clients generally notice improvement within 4-6 weeks. However, the exact rate of change will vary from client to client, and is dependant on various factors including time available, current level of strength, fitness, etc. In most cases, a minimum of 3 months is required to obtain significant results.

What type of training will I expect?

Training is designed according to the individual's needs and fitness levels. We will assess your base strenght, fitness, and design the plan based on your requirements.

What clothing do I need in order to train?

All you will need is a good pair of trainers, comfortable sportswear (trackpants/shorts and t-shirt) and a bottle of water.

How often should I exercise?

It is remmonded that the general public should exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. However, the number of training sessions and duration will vary depending on you goal.
