Over the past couple of years I've had the opportunity to help people become fitter, faster and stronger... I've learnt how to create the perfect combination of EXERCISE and NUTRITION to achieve the best results...

Prior to working with Analise I felt like I was trying my best to work out and spend time in the gym but i didn’t know which exercises and training plans were best for me to reach my goals. Now I feel like I’m working smarter in certain areas and getting more out of my time spent in the gym as the training program is more suited for me as a rugby player. 

 

I play on the wing and I was hoping to improve my speed and acceleration as well as gain some muscle in my upper body. As a back playing rugby league tackling has been a weak spot for me but since following the pre-season program with MPT I feel stronger in my arms and shoulders. That paid off when we started playing pre-season friendlies as I was stronger and more confident on the pitch!!

Analise worked with me on exercise plans for over a year to achieve my set goal, Analise is a fantastic trainer and has always made me work hard to my full potential to make me achieve my goals.
