Analise worked with me on exercise plans for over a year to achieve my set goal, Analise is a fantastic trainer and has always made me work hard to my full potential to make me achieve my goals. She is very motivational and I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a plan just to keep fit, weight loss and weight loss management.

After a friendly consultation with Analise I signed up with a friend for an 8 week plan before her wedding. Sessions are always really well planned and tailored to the goals we set in our first session - they push me to achieve more out of exercise. I had always found weights and resistance difficult to do at the gym and quite an intimidating environment- at the studio it is so much better- especially when I know what I'm doing! Analise always has loads of brilliant tips for outside our sessions and helped with food plans and meal ideas. I look and feel so much better after just 8 weeks I have lost almost a stone in weight and feel great. So much so that we have decided to carry on with a weekly session as we would really miss it!
