I selected Analise Moran as my trainer as I particularly wanted a suitably qualified female trainer, primarily because I thought they would have a better understanding of women's body shape and how to train women. Her prices were competitive and also she was flexible with the times she could offer for training sessions which suited my work schedule. She clearly has a very good understanding of health and fitness and how to exercise effectively and has developed training programmes which involve doing a huge range of different exercises and it means I never know what to expect and I don't get bored of training. I needed a trainer to push me as I would never work as hard if I went to the gym on my own and the results are significantly better than I could have achieved alone. I am a size 10 and lost an inch from my waist in the first four weeks of training and my muscle tone, in particular in my arms, has really improved since I began my training. I have also noticed a significant improvement in my general fitness as when I started I could barely run for 5 minutes on a treadmill or a cross trainer and I definitely couldn't do a press up! I would highly recommend Analise as a personal trainer.

After a friendly consultation with Analise I signed up with a friend for an 8 week plan before her wedding. Sessions are always really well planned and tailored to the goals we set in our first session- they push me to achieve more out of exercise. I had always found weights and resistance difficult to do at the gym and quite an intimidating environment- at the studio it is so much better- especially when I know what I'm doing! In the summer of 2012 I weighed 10.5 stone. I had achieved my goal to lose over 3 stone in 6 months and I looked great in my wedding dress. I didn't always have a good attitude towards exercise and now Analise has made me rediscover how exhilarating exercise is and how great it is at combating stress! I am doing a swimathon for charity in April and Analise is training me. Using Analise's expertise means that I can finish work and go to the gym to workout but not have the hassle of having to think about all the different exercises that I should be doing or timing myself! I can just push myself hard when I workout and let the expert design each session. Afterall, I am a busy wife, mother and full-time worker so I don't need the extra hassle of having to design a fitness programme because it's 10 times easier just doing what you're told to do.
